2025 Annual General Meeting and Information Session.

-Members must be financial to vote at the AGM to appoint a new Board for 2025/2026

**Completed Nomination Forms need to be received by THHG by 4.30pm Tuesday 11 November 2025. 

(You will note you can nominate yourself and if necessary, we can arrange a seconder).

-Proxy Form above is available to download and submit for those unable to attend the AGM.

INFORMATION SESSION​

-This important meeting for Members and Friends will include updates on the progress of ongoing efforts to 'transition the Tomaree Lodge site' into community hands, ensuring this unique and culturally significant place continues to serve the people of Port Stephens for generations to come.
